Chicago was recently reported to have been swamped with toxic air chemicals, but people are divided on whether it really happened or not.

A cloud of hazardous air can be seen via air quality maps, hanging over the entire Chicago metropolitan area Wednesday afternoon, as readings reached 500 on the Air Quality Index (AQI). This score is the worst it gets on Google Maps, signaling extremely hazardous air quality.
