On Thursday at 11:17 a.m. the NWS Spokane WA issued an air stagnation advisory valid from Friday 4 p.m. until Tuesday 4 p.m. The advisory is for Moses Lake area, Upper Columbia Basin and Waterville Plateau. The NWS says to be ready for, "Stagnant conditions will have potential to trap pollutants near the ground with deteriorated air quality."
