This is another example of convenience food that can arm our health.
There are not many options of loose tea in the conventional grocery, but you can grow your own and dry or by organic leaf tea online. I like rishi tea and even if it looks expensive, I bought one bag of dry lead 6 months ago and still have few cups of tea left. Small amount goes long way.
Some brands, especially organic, have made a clear statement for no plastic in the bags: Examples are Traditional Medicinals, Yogi Tea, Numi Organic, Pukka. Check your favorite tea or contact them.
