Memory Improvement Through Nicotine Dosing or M.I.N.D. Study. Researchers and the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) have discovered that when patients were given nicotine, their attention improved, and their memory improved. This research should hopefully demonstrate that nicotine can slow the progression of things like alzheimer's disease and dementia. This is a BIG DEAL.

Perhaps the aMA was right in 1950s cigarette ads in the AMA journal saying that the majority of physicians preferred Camel cigarettes
