Best matcha is ceremonial grade from Japan but specifically from Uji region. Just like there are better grade Oolong teas from specific regions. Asian people drink ALOT of different teas for different things but you need to know what is what to reap the benefits. Most real secrets of teas and herbs work best with certain foods while some foods will kill the benefits of your tea/herbs. It's not that simple just drinking a tea. Just what I've been told by older Asian people.
