Researchers and the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) have discovered that when patients were given nicotine, their attention improved, and their memory improved. This research should hopefully demonstrate that nicotine can slow the progression of things like alzheimer's disease and dementia. This is a BIG DEAL.
