Dr. Chris Meletis is an internationally recognized educator, author, and clinician specializing in integrative and functional medicine. A former Dean of Naturopathic Medicine and Chief Medical Officer for multiple educational and clinical organizations, he has lectured extensively on nutritional therapeutics, metabolic health, botanical medicine, and personalized wellness strategies.

Dr. Swathi Varanasi is a pharmacist, researcher, and educator recognized for her work at the intersection of personalized medicine, biotechnology, and integrative health innovation. Her professional experience spans patient care, biotech, clinical research organizations, academia, and consumer health industries, with a focus on advancing evidence-informed approaches to wellness and therapeutics.
Dr. Swathi co-founded and serves as Chief Scientific Officer of the Life Sciences Division at Element Apothec and is also a Principal Investigator at Citruslabs. She has played a leading role in developing postdoctoral training programs, industry internships, and educational initiatives designed to help healthcare professionals pursue non-traditional and innovation-focused career pathways.
She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed the first postdoctoral residency in integrative medicine and preventive health by a healthcare professional in the United States. Dr. Swathi has lectured nationally, published in peer-reviewed journals, and has been featured in Forbes Health, Entrepreneur, Yahoo, Well+Good, and mindbodygreen. In 2024, she was recognized as one of the 50 Most Influential Leaders in Pharmacy.
