Rose MacKenzie is an experienced Natural Family Planning (NFP) expert, trained in both the Marquette Method and Sympto-Thermal Method (STM). With 10 years of experience, Rose works extensively optimizing women’s journey through life.  Those with regular and irregular cycles, postpartum amenorrhea, chemo-induced menopause, perimenopause, to assisting them in tracking their hormone levels and promoting overall health.
Rose worked at the Women’s Health and Fertility Care Center, where she focused on restorative reproductive health using NaPro Technology and FEMM practices. She educates healthcare providers to effectively integrate hormone monitoring into their practices, offering guidance through webinars, case reports, and one-on-one consultations, ensuring providers are confident in implementing ongoing remote hormone monitoring.
