Born to German-American parents with a holistic mindset, Stefan grew up immersed in natural healing practices. He lived and breathed Chinese Medicine, Tai Chi, and alternative approaches to wellness. Remarkably, he has never needed antibiotics and didn’t receive vaccinations until attending university.

A skilled athlete, Stefan spent eight years dominating the European junior tennis circuits. At 15, he moved to Florida, where he continued competing in the USTA junior and men’s pro circuits while coaching three successful high school tennis teams.

At the University of Central Florida (UCF), Stefan revitalized the Club Tennis Team, leading them to the National Championships twice. Juggling academics and work, he served as an Emergency Department Scribe, setting his sights on a medical career. In 2015, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science.

Stefan pursued his passion for fitness by working as a Master Trainer at LA Fitness, helping clients of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals through one-on-one personalized training.

In 2018, Stefan completed his Physician Assistant training at Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. His clinical experience includes urgent care, internal medicine, spine surgery, interventional pain management, family medicine, and psychiatry.

With his unique blend of sports expertise, scientific knowledge, and European heritage, Stefan pushes the boundaries of health optimization.
